clay, ceramics, mosaics, spin art, tye-dye, bubble painting, glass painting, etc.

Camp Kadima is Pinellas County's "hometown day camp with an overnight feel." Starting last year, Camp Kadima and Camp Or Hashemesh have combined to provide even better programs and to bring the north and south county JCC communities together.

Kadima means "to go forward." In that spirit, our multi-faceted camping program strives to enrich the identity and foster the wholesome development of each child.

KidzArt offers camps during the summer, winter, and spring breaks for both Elementary and Preschool aged children. Our camps are designed for both our experienced and novice artists, allowing our students to take part in a colorful world of drawing and creative arts projects that they have never seen before! The extended hours in camp give students more time to explore techniques and experience a variety of media. Our camps will allow students to challenge themselves and choose their own master projects! Projects may include many of the following media and techniques: marbleizing, clay, scratch art, sand art, many 3-D projects, collage, copper tooling, printmaking, chalk & oil pastels, charcoal, water color painting, acrylic painting, bateek, and of course drawings & more!

Imagine Dr. Seuss, Willy Wonka, Dumbledore, James Bond, and Yoda joined together and opened up a camp that teaches children magic. That doesn’t even begin to describe the incredible antics that two magicians, Josh Corn & Ilan, have put together into their Camp Cigma. With Dr. Lydia Corn at the reins keeping the two big children on track, the three of them have created a unique environment where children learn magic, explore their creativity through performance art, and create havoc through the many original games and activities the two magicians have masterminded.

Camp Can-I-Cook® is the place to be during special times of the year. Each camp consists of a three-hour session for three, four or five consecutive days. Campers will get to experience new tastes and learn to prepare recipes from various cuisines "with a twist". Each camp takes on a personality of its own. With themes such as Summer Treats to Beat the Heat, The Great Kitchen Mystery, "Party at Pennsylvania Avenue" and "Gadget Madness for the Independent Chef™", you never know what to expect next!

We offer a variety of water sports for summer youth camp for children 8 to 17. Camps include various sailing programs (pram, sunfish, jy15), paddling, windsurfing, triathlon and junior lifeguards.

Camps are one week sessions beginning on Monday and ending on Friday.

Camp time: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

Summer Watersports Camps

The Eckerd College Waterfront Program, one of the largest collegiate programs in the U. S., offers instruction in Sailing, Water Skiing, Wakeboarding, Windsurfing, Kayaking, Saltwater Fishing, and Exploring Marine Life for students of various ages at various levels. Located on Boca Ciega Bay in St. Petersburg, the school provides the perfect environment for learning watersports!

Summer Athletics Camps

Enjoy Summer camps in Basketball, Baseball, Soccer, Softball, Volleyball and Tennis on beautiful Boca Ciega Bay.

During Summer Art Camp, state-certified art instructors will lead children in art activities inspired by the museum's current exhibitions and permanent collection. Each day's lesson will include visits to the museum's galleries to experience its curent exhibitions. Students will work with a variety of media each week as they complete projects specifically tailored to each session's theme.

It is the mission of Camp Frontier to provide an outstanding traditional American summer camp experience to boys and girls age six to fourteen. We strive to meet each camper's individual needs by providing a supportive environment and child-centered program which allows campers to select thier own schedule of activities in addition to team events, cabin programs, and field trips.

Our campers come from throughout Florida, from many states and from 27 countries, to date.

Resident Camps

All camp sessions feature plenty of time for Busch Gardens fun, so you'll enjoy all the spectacular shows, animal attractions, and rides of Busch Gardens Tampa Bay.

Take basic marine science education. Add field trips on floating classrooms, marine-related arts and crafts, field trips to nature preserves and the seashore. Don't forget snorkeling, dolphin watching and other "FISH-ful," exploratory activities.

This summer, Zoo School at Tampa's Lowry Park Zoo is headquarters for 100 week-long camps for students in K-12th grades. Kids and teens can learn about nature, science and the animal kingdom while hiking through the Zoo, exploring behind-the-scenes and cooling off in the Zoo's water play areas. Adventure camps include animal encounters, keeper talks, educational shows, games, crafts and more.
